Unlocked loading screens are kept once a season is over and can be found by going to your loading screen menu.
To install, click the lower right rectangle and, on the next screen, click the "Accept and Install" button. In game hold alt and press enter, this will switch from windowed to fullscreen mode and visa versa.
(Optional) After placing the control on the game screen, right-click on it for advanced changes.
